WATCH YOU DON'T GET CHARGED 2X


Absolutely worse service all around. Purchased 4 tickets through the STUBHUB based on recommendations from friends....SOME FRIENDS. Tickets are for a 40th birthday surprise, well to make long story short I received a duplication of my order and now was told that the tickets are mine. I NEVER placed the 2nd order. After spending about 30 minutes waiting for an inept, untrained, canned speech Customer Service representative to take my call, and then another 15 minutes trying to get to their supervisor I was told that they will do an error check on my order to see if there was a problem with the computers the day of my order. HELLO??? like they are going to say oh yes there was a problem. So now I sit with tickets that I can't return anywhere which they say I can resell if I want but "THE TICKETS ARE MINE". Very condensending, evasive customer service. When I asked how long this takes to resolve I get, "I don't know", "I can't commit to a timeframe", WHAT IS THAT? I am sitting here with tickets I didn't order and they don't know when they will clear the issue up...oh but then the best is at the end of the call I get the canned "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH" you have to love it. Terrible I will NEVER buy through them again, AND I will certainly let those friends who recommended them know as well.
