they do not care about your situation. long story short, bought tickets on stubhub , money taken out of my account, seller doubled booked the tickets, they call me to offer me INCOMPARABLE options, stubhub told me they would give me other options and not cancel my order, stubhub cancels my order and tells me to allow them for 10 days to refund my money (the game is in 7 days), ran around in circles for 2 hours and they would not resolve the situation even though they mislead me. I BOOKED MY WHOLE TRIP, SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR THIS SPECIFIC GAME AND NO TICKETS!!!!!!

never EVER use stubhub. if something wrong happens, they will not resolve the situation. Even if they are not at fault, which they were in this situation...

As the marketplace we rely on our sellers to provide ticket listings and then fulfill their orders. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and we implemented our Fan Protect Guarantee for this reason. It is our goal for you to go to the event you purchased tickets for. If the seller is unable to fulfill a confirmed order, we do our best to find replacement tickets for you that are comparable or better at no extra cost to you. If this is not the case, we will refund you in full.
